Follow Those Who Have Done It

If you feel unsure, if you feel doubtful and if you question whether your pursuits or dreams are possible, then start to spend more time researching, watching YouTube videos and finding examples of hundreds of people who have brought their creativity and vision to life, in sometimes unexpected ways.

The goal of this is to make you feel more certain and excited about those visions you have for life that often create doubt.

Push your own mind to begin to see the patterns of others who have been successful. Open your mind to its own limiting beliefs. Keep finding proof until your mind breaks. Once you truly see that it is possible, you can’t unsee it.

Your life may never be the same from that point on.

In the words of Marcus Aurelius —

“If something is difficult for you to accomplish, do not then think it impossible for any human being; rather, if it is humanly possible and corresponds to human nature, know that it is attainable by you as well.”

If one person has done it, then you can do it too.

Easy? No.

Guaranteed? No.

Possible? Absolutely.

Now to get to work and create yourself. The world needs your gift.

Quote of the week

“I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavour” — Henry David Thoreau

Book of the month

One of the powerful ideas in The Way of the Superior Man is that a man finds strength and freedom when he commits fully to his deepest purpose instead of drifting through comfort and approval. It teaches that masculine energy thrives on direction, mission, and edge, and that without a clear aim, a man becomes reactive, distracted, and emotionally unstable. The book also speaks to showing up in relationships with grounded presence, emotional openness, and leadership rather than neediness or control. At its core, it is about living aligned with truth, embracing challenge as a path to growth, and choosing depth over mediocrity so that your work, love life, and inner world all reflect a man who is consciously committed to his highest path.

Challenge of the month

Every day spend 30 minutes contemplating a powerful question.
