This quote inspires me when it become difficult to feel the significance of small contributions towards a grand, long-term vision.
“We who cut mere stones must always be envisioning cathedrals.”
Every small contribution you make, every step you take, no matter how small, always be holding the vision of the ultimate life you are aiming to build. It all moves you closer towards that highest vision, much like every brick contributes to the building of the most grand cathedral.
In order to build a life with the highest craftsmanship and quality, one that is profound, intricate and systematic, each piece has to be treated with an attitude of quality and profundity.
The quality of a cathedral is only as good as the quality of every single individual brick and the care with which it was placed.
Keep focusing on your daily tasks with a powerful attitude and you will certainly build an incredible life.

One of my favourite quotes by William James.
“Compared to what we ought to be, we are only half awake. We are making use of only a small part of our physical and mental resources. Stating the thing broadly, the human individual thus lives far within his limits. He possesses powers of various sorts which he habitually fails to use.”
How much could you truly create for this world if you consistently took yourself to your edge?
Day after day, for decades.

Here are three questions to greatly aid you during your life journey.
How do I know when I am off track?
What do I do to get back on track?
How do I know when I am back on track?
Don’t underestimate how powerful these questions can be during times of confusion. They prevent you from slipping too deeply into destructive ways and help you recover very quickly if you do.
Gathering enough momentum in a specific direction requires that we stay in the sweet spot as often as we can, for as long as we can.
By contemplating these often, you will sway off your path less and less, and you will develop better methods and strategies for getting yourself back into the groove if you do happen to slip out of it, as you inevitably will do.
These can be applied to any area of life and any pursuit you undertake.

This blog exists for one reason.
To help you create a more profound existence and to inspire you to explore Reality at a deeper level.
Here you will find ideas that challenge you, questions that unsettle you, insights that sharpen you, and resources that expand you.
Expect book reviews, powerful quotes, personal contemplations, practical frameworks, thought experiments, videos, challenges, and explorations across health, psychology, philosophy, dating, self-mastery, purpose, relationships, geography, music and everything in between.
Sometimes this space will be provocative. Sometimes confronting. Often light-hearted. But always intentional. And always interesting.
The aim is simple.
To become genuinely interested in all of Reality. Not just the comfortable parts. Not just the parts that benefit us. All of it. Including ourselves. Including the life we are capable of building. To grow ourselves consciously so that we can create the most profound experience possible.
This is not content for passive consumption. It is an invitation to think deeper, live sharper, and construct a life of meaning.
I appreciate your presence here more than you know.
Contributing to the growth, clarity, and power of others is not a hobby for me. It is my life’s work. And I am committed to it fully. My deepest commitment is to be a guide that can help change your life.

If you have not thought about this question deeply for longer than a few hours, make it your next focus. You are in reality, yes? So this question is absolutely essential to get clarity on. It drives everything else.
What do you want? What do you want? What do you want!? What is it that you want in this existence? What the f**k do you want?
Super simple, but most people have not contemplated this question from scratch for themselves. Don’t underestimate the power of such a simple question to revolutionise the trajectory of your life.
Spend an hour asking this question, every single day, for a whole year, and you will see why it can be so life-changing.
You need to get clear on this one if you hope to become intentional with creating your life.
It will be very difficult to have a high-quality, authentic, fulfilling life, if you haven’t defined what it is you want. The difference between contemplating what you want (and don’t want) and not doing it, is huge.
So get to it! You will not regret it.

Just a video for you
Quote of the week
“I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavour” — Henry David Thoreau
Book of the month
One of the central ideas in Of Boys and Men is that modern society is struggling to understand the changing role of men and boys, often leaving them without clear guidance or support. It argues that many men are falling behind in education, work, and social connection, not because of lack of ability, but because the structures around them have shifted faster than they can adapt. The book explores how outdated expectations and neglected developmental needs can lead to disengagement, frustration, and a loss of identity. It calls for a more balanced conversation that supports both genders, emphasizing the importance of purpose, mentorship, and healthy models of masculinity. At its core, it is about recognizing the unique challenges facing men today and creating a path where they can grow, contribute, and find meaning without being dismissed or left behind.
Challenge of the month
Every day spend 30 minutes contemplating a powerful question.
